Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied or your plans change and you wish to return an item you purchased, you may do so within 30 days of its purchase and we will credit your purchase amounts towards any item or service of equal or greater value. If you wish to cancel your layaway or planned purchase, you may do so within 30 days of your initial deposit, and we will credit your total deposit amount towards an item or service of equal or greater value than your amounts on deposit. We work hard for our customers. When monies are placed on deposit or items are purchased, a process begins, services are rendered, and a mutual trust begins. Only undamaged items that are returned in their original condition will be accepted for exchange. Custom made, engraved, or special orders cannot be exchanged.
Return/Refund Policy
Items ordered via the telephone, facsimile, or over the internet, sight unseen or viewed only by image, may be returned in their original condition within 10 days after you or your agent receives the item(s), for a complete refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to us along with the original packaging, at your expense, to the address on the invoice, via The United States Postal Service, registered and insured for the full amount of the invoiced item(s). Please keep your postal receipts in case of loss. You are liable for the full amount until we accept return of the item(s).
We will refund in total any deposited monies if an item is unavailable or a job is not possible to do.
Replacement Policy
We will repair or replace at our discretion any item that we determine to contain a factory/manufacturing defect, at our expense, that is not caused by normal wear or abuse.

Upgrade Policy
Scrapping Out For Precious Metal Content
Any unwanted parts or jewelry that is returned in an upgrade, or sold to us, and used towards a future purchase, will be credited at the current New York Spot metal price, for its precious metal content.
Recommendations
We can only insure that your purchase has been inspected and determined to be in good condition prior to leaving our store. Please take the time to inspect your selection for any loose or damaged stones and or other possible defects; if you require better lighting, a magnifying glass, loupe, or the use of a microscope, please do not hesitate to ask for our assistance in supplying any of these or other items to aid you in your inspection. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our desire and your inspection is our protection.

Gemstone Treatments
There are many treatments/enhancements that are done to some gemstones; most are usual and customary and tend to be of a permanent nature, and others are not. Please ask your salesperson for information and or pamphlets regarding any possible treatments/ enhancements that may have been done to your selections.
