Replacement Policy
At our discretion, our store repairs or replaces any item that we determine to contain a factory or manufacturing defect, at our expense, that is not caused by normal wear or abuse.
Upgrade Policy
Taylor's Gold-n-Stones wishes to see you in bigger, better, and more brilliant diamonds. To this end, we offer you a 100% return of your purchase price of the major diamond stones of 1/10th carat or larger that were purchased from us, towards an upgraded diamond of a higher dollar amount.
Upgrade Costs
The only cost to you is the increase in cost between your old diamond and the new upgraded diamond, the cost of removing the old diamond, the setting of the new diamond, and any additional costs if you require a complete new setting and/or new mounting (as in for a larger or alternative shaped stone). The returned diamond must be undamaged and in its original purchased condition.
Scrapping Out for Precious Metal Content
Any unwanted parts or jewelry that is returned in an upgrade, or sold to us, and used towards a future purchase, will be credited. We use the current New York Spot metal price as a basis for precious metal content valuation.
Insurance
Taylor's recommends a scheduled personal property endorsement be added to your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy for full replacement value of your purchases against any future damage, loss, or theft.
